No-Dig Farming
We focus on restoring the soil, no tilling or ploughing. Organic matter is layered so nature can work her magic. Worms, fungi, mycelium, and microbes build healthy, living soil, locking in carbon and protecting soil structure. The result? healthier more nutrient-dense vegetables with superior flavour, longer storage, and preservation of the Welsh ecosystem.
100% Chemical Free
All our veg is free of chemicals and artificial fertisiliers. Diversity, beneficial insects, frogs, and a bit of elbow grease take care of any pests. There's no chemical residue on our veg (but possibly an occasional slug!), just good old fashioned flavourful vegetables.
Local Bounty
32 vegetable varities, mostly unavailable at the supermarket. Each box offers a diversity of tasty nutrient dense vegetables, locally grown with care.
